At Sew Sisters Customer Service is our top priority. We strive to service your needs whether you are shopping online or in person.
Sew Sisters are dedicated to providing you with the best possible prices on fabric, books, notions, batting and patterns. We always have at least 500 bolts of sale fabric for $10.96/metre or less. For Canadian residents you can shop with us knowing that you will not be charged any extra duties, taxes, or handling fees when the package is delivered to your door.
Our goal is to ship all internet orders within one business day.
Fabric is sold by the metre. We have a half metre minimum cut on all regular priced fabrics and a one metre cut on all clearance fabrics. Fabric may be ordered in 1/4 metre increments.
Most of our packages are fully insured and sent using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service. If you are ordering less than 2.5 metres of fabric or a pattern we can ship your package by Lettermail. Lettermail is quite slow - please expect it to take 7 -10 business days and it does not have a tracking number. If you would like your items faster and be provided with insurance and a tracking number please select Expedited Parcel. If you would like to have your package sent Expresspost please send us an email and we will get you a quotation.

*A note on International Shipping Charges. Canada Post does not have flat rate mailers. We charge you only the actual amount of postage that we must pay to get your fabric to you. Thank you for your understanding.
